Welcome to PrecastX, the intelligent concrete curing monitoring system designed specifically for precast concrete manufacturers. Monitor temperature, humidity, and curing progress in real-time.
What is PrecastX?
PrecastX is an end-to-end IoT solution for monitoring concrete curing in precast manufacturing. Our system helps you:
- Monitor core temperatures with precision thermocouple sensors embedded in your concrete
- Track ambient conditions including temperature and humidity around formworks
- Ensure quality by verifying proper curing conditions throughout the process
- Generate reports for quality control and compliance documentation
- Reduce waste by detecting curing issues before they become costly problems
System Components
PX-Sens
Battery-powered wireless sensor with 3 thermocouple channels for concrete core temperature measurement. Supports probes up to 2 meters for deep embedment.
PX-Gateway
Gateway device that collects data from multiple sensors and transmits to the cloud via WiFi or cellular. Covers up to 100m range in industrial environments.
Mobile App
iOS and Android app for field technicians. Pair devices, start recording sessions, and view real-time data on your phone or tablet.
Web Dashboard
Cloud-based dashboard for managers and quality control. View all projects, analyze historical data, and generate compliance reports.
Getting Started
1. Unbox & Charge
Charge your sensor devices and gateway using the included USB-C cables. Full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
2. Install the App
Download the PrecastX app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in with your team credentials.
3. Pair & Monitor
Connect to your devices via Bluetooth, place probes in your formwork, and start recording curing data.
